"Join us for a 3 hour Introduction to SoulCollage® with licensed therapist, Chelsey Helmke. SoulCollage® is an intuitive collage process used for self-discovery created by Seena Frost. You select and cut out images that call to you, and glue them onto a fixed size piece of matboard. Over time, you create your own personal deck of collaged cards. Each card represents its own unique voice. With this deck of cards, you can give image to the many parts of yourself, including parts that feel like allies and parts that challenge you. Exploring and working with these images, you can bring greater perspective to your life, find your balance, and empower your authentic voice.
During the introduction workshop, participants will learn the foundational philosophies of SoulCollage®, create a number of their own cards, and participate in the self-reflective journaling process related to their cards."
